The house was remodeled in 2020 and boasts all new furnishings, soaring 19’ ceilings, and brand new 9” wide plank white oak flooring. This is a home furnished and finished for the owners and has a much higher end finish than most rental properties.

The main level master suite has 19’ ceilings, French doors to the pool, a desk, and sleigh bed plus his/her walk in custom closets. The master bathroom also has 19’ ceilings and extensive new white marble walls and floors, oversized shower, double vanity and freestanding tub. Step down to the 75’ of water frontage with 60’ dock and fish cleaning station. There you boaters have direct, no bridge access to the Gulf of Mexico just minutes away.
Enjoy water views to the west, north, and east. Outdoor kitchen offers refrigerator, grill and sink. Watch the tides from the pool deck and enjoy direct access to fishing and the gulf. Keep your eye out for the dolphins who like to take a swim directly off the dock. Stroll just under 2 miles to downtown or use one of the five bikes to make the 9 minute bike ride to downtown and another 6 minutes to the Beach!

The private upstairs features two en suite bedrooms plus a loft with sofa sectional and TV. The loft serves as a second comfy family space with and doubles as king Murphy bed space with a large hall closet. There are also murphy bed bunk beds in the 4th bedroom making that bedroom very tight, but with occasionally welcome extra beds.

The Streamwood Home offers a total of five king beds plus two twin beds and sleeps a total of twelve in beds for extended family visits, though it is more comfortable to sleep 8 to 10 adults. All mattresses are Tempur-Pedic. One King bed as well as the two twin beds are murphy beds. The home has five televisions, strong Wi-Fi and three desks.
