Located just north of Olde Naples, Moorings is bordered to the east by Tamiami Trail, and, of course, to the west you will find the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This truly is in the heart of Naples juxtaposed between the South, Downtown 5th Ave and 3rd Street famous shopping and dining and to the North fabulous Waterside and Mercado shops and dining. The Moorings also enjoys Gulf Access for many premier homes within the community.
The Moorings--like other communities in Naples--many older homes have been torn down and replaced with the stunning luxury homes, but charming, classic older properties still exist and creates a unique buying opportunity for classic Florida living or renovation opportunity.
