Balmoral

We were brought to this project to completely furnish and update the layout to a more sophisticated coastal style beach house.

We added a shiplap accent wall to the entry and completely ruporposed the back yard. The floors were replaced with a natural white oak.

Captain's Cottage

A complete overhaul from stucco drab with earth tones abound, converted to a coastal contemporary with warm features.

Updated kitchen, floors, bathrooms, and paint scheme. The exterior was completely redone with decorative trusses, shiplap siding, awnings, and a metal roof.

Pier House

This home is split between 1980s main house and a 1920s guest cottage.

We updated and refreshed old tired tile floors, painted the dark wood walls lighter colors, and refreshed with current furniture. The main house we refreshed cabinets with lighter colors and new hardware, completely remodeled bathroom, added wood floors with fresh bright paint colors, and updated with current style furniture.
